b.Ricongiungimento Familiare degli Stranieri
Lo straniero regolarmente soggiornante nel territorio nazionale, titolare di carta di soggiorno o di un permesso di soggiorno, in corso di validità, per lavoro subordinato, per lavoro autonomo, per asilo, per studio o per motivi religiosi, di durata non inferiore ad un anno, può avanzare istanza per il rilascio del nulla osta al ricongiungimento familiare per i seguenti congiunti (art. 6 Reg.):
· coniuge non legalmente separato;
· figli minori a carico (compresi i minori adottati o affidati o sottoposti a tutela);
· figli maggiorenni a carico, qualora non possano, per ragioni oggettive, provvedere al proprio mantenimento a causa del loro stato di salute dal quale deriva invalidità totale;
· genitori a carico, qualora non abbiano altri figli nel paese d'origine o di provenienza ovvero genitori ultrasessantacinquenni if other children are not able to provide for their maintenance for documented serious health problems.

2.Gli Sportelli per l’Immigrazione dei Comuni
A fronte delle doglianze avanzate da più parti in relazione al funzionamento degli Sportelli Unici e la effettiva fruibilità dei servizi resi il 23 febbraio 2007 l’ANCI(Associazione dei Comuni Italia ni) ha avviato corsi di aggiornamento per gli operatori degli Sportelli per l’Immigrazione ubicati presso alcuni Comuni italiani per partecipare alla sperimentazione relativa al rilascio e al rinno vo dei permessi di soggiorno già demandata alle Poste ai fini della trasmissione e non già della istruzione delle pratiche svolta dagli Sportelli Unici prefettizi.
