Association:
- pursues exclusively charitable purposes;
- performs only the activities mentioned in the Statute and those directly related thereto;
- Not distribute, even indirectly, profits and surplus funds, reserves or capital during its existence, unless the use or distribution is required by law or are made in favor of other non-profit social, by law, statute or regulation are part of the same structure;

Progetto FederImmigra
Il Progetto FederImmigra,nell’ambito della offerta dei servizi promossi dalla Associa zione Nazionale per l’Immigrazione in Italia - ANIMI Onlus,consiste essenzialmente nella apertura di un network di (104) Sportelli provinciali collegativia internet con l’Associazione per l’assistenza sanitaria e legale oltre ad essere destinati ad erogare alcuni servizi reali (11) non profit per gli stranieri residenti in Italia .
Il Progetto FederImmigra consiste,essenzialmente,nel fornire agli sranieri una qualificata assistenza nella difesa della salute e dei propri diritti oltre ad alcuni servizi di utilità generale per favorire l’inse rimento all’interno della società dei lavoratori immigrati e delle loro famiglie.
In particolare il Progetto FederImmigra fornirà agli stranieri iscritti alla rete degli sportelli i seguenti servizi.
1.Avviamento al lavoro dei lavoratori immigrati attraverso primaria Agenzia di lavoro interinale.
2.Assistenza e consulenza nell’applicazione dei Contratti di lavoro vigenti nel nostro Paese.
3.Assistenza e consulenza per la costituzione delle Imprese degli immigrati in Italia
4.Corsi di formazione professionale, di specializzazione e di lingua italiana in collaborazione con associazioni di Volontariato,Istituzioni nazionali e locali ed i Consolati dei vari Paesi.
5.Consulenza ed assistenza fiscale e previdenziale
6.Reperimento di alloggi e soluzioni abitative in collaborazione con Enti pubblici,privati, Consorzi e Cooperative di abitazione.
7.Assistenza legale per tutte le controversie legali con Enti pubblici,Aziende e privati.
8.Sportello bancario Online
9.Sportello assicurativo Online
10.Assistenza sanitaria polispecialistica con ambulatori medici e centri clinici convenzionati.
11.Costituzione di associazioni di stranieri in Italia
Condizione necessaria ed essenziale per usufruire dei servizi non profit è quella che possono iscriversi alla rete di Sportelli FederImmigra tutti gli stranieri che siano in regola con il permesso di soggiorno,che non abbiano precedenti penali e che scelgano l’integrazione nel nostro Paese.
Responsabile Nazionale degli Sportelli FederImmigra è il Dr.Paolo Merli di Piacenza, da sempre impegnato nelle attività sociali e del volontariato a sostegno dei soggetti deboli e marginalized.
